- Liver, 400 g,
- Butter, 200 g,
- Sugar, 200 g,
- Heavy cream, 800 ml.
How to make lemon tart
First, we need to deal with the oil.
It needs to be melted in a water bath and then mixed with crushed cookies.
Then the mixture should be distributed evenly over the baking pan.
It is necessary to make sure that the treat has not only a bottom, but also high sides.
The lemons need to be washed and the zest grated. Then the juice should be squeezed out of several fruits (about 90 ml).
The cream and sugar should be heated over medium heat and boiled for about a minute.
In this case, the preparation must be constantly stirred. Then add the zest and juice.
The resulting filling must be poured onto the base.
After this, the dessert should be placed in the refrigerator overnight until it hardens completely.
Before serving, it is advisable to decorate the treat with pieces of fruit and powdered sugar.
