This problem, according to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , is familiar to many.
To ease your “suffering”, we offer you several simple and effective methods that will help you easily peel a boiled egg without much effort.
1. After boiling, lightly tap each egg to create a crack in the shell. Pour cold water over the eggs and leave for a couple of minutes – after the specified time, there should be no problems removing the shell.
2. Place the boiled egg in a glass of cold water, cover it with a lid (you can immediately use a jar with a lid) and shake vigorously. As with the first method, the shell will easily come off the egg.
3. When the egg has cooled, roll it on the countertop, pressing the egg lightly with your hand. This will cause the shell to crumble and make it easy to remove.
