Lavash rolls are a simple and versatile dish familiar to every housewife.

According to the expert of the online publication BelNovosti, chef Yulia Arkhipova , they are suitable both for a festive table and for a friendly feast, when there is no time for long cooking. She shared with us the recipes of three mind-blowingly delicious fillings for a lavash roll.

With bacon and basil

Making bacon and basil rolls is very simple and quick. Cut the cucumber into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Form a square or rectangle from the lavash, removing the uneven edges.

Spread a layer of cream cheese on the lavash, add basil leaves and bacon bits, trying not to overdo it with basil to preserve the flavor of the other ingredients. Roll the lavash into a roll and cut it into 8 equal portions.

With chicken and carrots in Korean style

To make Korean-style chicken and carrot rolls, first cut the ham and chicken into small pieces. Then spread a thin layer of cream cheese on a sheet of lavash and place the chicken and ham on it.

With sprats and cheese

To make sprat and cheese rolls, grate a boiled egg and processed cheese. By the way, to make the cheese easier to grate, you can freeze it slightly beforehand.

Then grease the lavash with mayonnaise and sprinkle it with grated egg and cheese along the entire perimeter, then arrange the sprats on the lavash in any order. After that, roll the lavash into a roll, cut it into portions and serve.
