What you shouldn't eat potatoes with
Firstly, you can't combine potatoes with meat. The body will have to digest protein, fat and carbohydrates at once, which can be a very difficult task.
Secondly, you can't eat potatoes with bread. To digest a large portion of starch, the stomach will have to increase the secretion of acid, which can harm the mucous membrane.
Thirdly, you should not eat potatoes with tomatoes and other acidic foods, they interfere with the absorption of starch.
Also, experts strongly advise against combining potatoes with alcohol. This is a double burden on the kidneys, and swelling is guaranteed.
