How to Make Beetroot Pate
List of required ingredients
- boiled beets (three medium-sized pieces);
- three large boiled eggs;
- a small pack of processed cheese (one hundred grams);
- two cloves of garlic;
- herbs and spices as desired;
- a little lemon juice and salt.
Method of preparation
After you have boiled and cooled the beets with eggs, they need to be chopped. Grate the vegetable, chop the eggs with a knife.
Chop the garlic.
Place the ingredients in a blender bowl.
Add the grated cheese. Add the spices, which will make the taste of the pate even brighter and more interesting. Add a little lemon juice and herbs.
Bring to a homogeneous state.
This pate goes perfectly with regular black bread, which can be lightly toasted to improve its taste.
