There is good news for lovers of glazed curds.
So, it is not at all necessary to go to the store for a treat: you can prepare something delicious at home.
Of course, store-bought cheese curds are delicious. But homemade ones are even more appetizing.
In addition, a dish prepared at home will definitely be fresher and healthier.
It is enough to try store-bought cheese curds once - and you will not want to buy factory-made ones anymore.
Recipe for homemade curds
You need to put 300 grams of semi-fat cottage cheese into a deep container.
You also need to add a couple of tablespoons of granulated sugar and one teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
There should be two more ingredients in the mixture: 30 grams of butter (it should be soft) and some coconut flakes.
The mixture should be processed with a fork. Do not use a blender or food processor.
The resulting mixture should be placed in the refrigerator for a while.
While the curd mass is cooling, you need to prepare the future glaze. To do this, you need to melt the chocolate. This is done very simply: the product is sent to a small saucepan, and the latter is placed in a large saucepan in which water is boiling.
Part of the resulting chocolate liquid should be poured into silicone molds. You can't fill the containers completely: you only need to create a chocolate "wall".
The device must be placed in the freezer for a quarter of an hour so that the chocolate “cups” become hard.
Each resulting edible container must be filled with the previously prepared curd mass. The latter should be covered with the remains of the chocolate drink.
The mold with all its contents should be returned to the freezer for half an hour.
