Dark chocolate contains more cocoa and less sugar.
This dessert is considered less harmful.
But not everyone is ready to treat themselves to a piece of such a delicacy. If you want a sweeter version of the dessert, you can easily turn dark chocolate into milk chocolate.
There is a simple recipe.
Ingredients:
- dark chocolate - 1 bar (90-100 g);
- butter - 50 g;
- heavy cream - 1 tbsp;
- milk - 100 ml;
- sugar (or powdered sugar) - 2 tsp.
How to cook
First, you need to make sure that the oil is soft for the cooking process.
It is enough to take it out of the refrigerator in advance.
The chocolate should be melted in a water bath.
Once it becomes liquid, you can stir in sugar, cream and butter.
This mass should remain in a water bath for 10 minutes. It should be stirred constantly.
Then you just need to pour the mixture into the molds and let it cool.
