Ingredients
- onion - 1 pc.;
- chili pepper - 2 pcs.;
- tomatoes - 8 pcs.;
- bell pepper - 8 pcs.;
- olive oil - 100 ml;
- water - 1.5 l;
- vegetable bouillon cubes - 3 pcs.
You should also prepare some salt, ground black pepper and a few sprigs of fresh parsley to make the taste and aroma of the soup more intense and interesting.
How to make tomato soup
First, you need to heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add diced chili and onion to it. Fry it all for about 5 minutes.
The ingredients must be stirred constantly.
Then you can add pieces of bell pepper. Fry the mixture for another 5 minutes. Then you need to put in the tomato slices. Cook them until softened.
Next, you can pour in water, add bouillon cubes and spices.
After boiling, it is advisable to keep the mixture on the fire for another 15 minutes.
Before serving, add chopped herbs to the soup.
