Winter cold can be pleasant and even beneficial if it doesn't last too long. But what if the weather forecast doesn't promise warmer weather?
In this case, you need to find a way to warm up - especially after a long walk in the fresh air.
To provide warmth and comfort, try making hot non-alcoholic drinks. We will share the recipe for one of them with you today – based on banana milk.
But first – where to get that banana milk. If you couldn’t find it on the shelf of your nearest supermarket, grab some regular bananas and milk and make it yourself.
To make a glass of banana milk, place a peeled and chopped banana in a blender bowl, add 200 ml of milk (you can use 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water or 200 ml of water), and then beat until smooth and fluffy milk foam appears.
Now that the milk is ready, you can proceed further.
Pour 400 ml of banana milk into a small saucepan, add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar and a cinnamon stick.
Bring the liquid to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat and cool slightly (about 10 minutes).
All that's left is to take out the cinnamon, add a tablespoon of honey, stir and fill cups with the drink. Sprinkle the banana milk with ground cinnamon and ground white pepper and hurry to try it.
