Eating potato pancakes is an activity that brings great pleasure to gourmets.
But preparing this dish is not the most pleasant thing. After all, you have to chop up raw potatoes.
Some cooks use a grater for this, others - a meat grinder. In both cases, the process is long, complicated and tedious.
However, if you use one little trick, the procedure will be noticeably simplified and accelerated.
The whole process of making potato pancakes will take no more than ten minutes. At the same time, the dish will turn out quite appetizing.
The "fastest" recipe for potato pancakes
You need to take six potatoes, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
The resulting mass should be sent to the blender bowl. This device will save the cook from having to spend a lot of time turning the vegetable into a "porridge".
In the same container you need to put one chopped onion.
Vegetables should be processed with a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add one raw egg, a little flour (1 tbsp. will be enough), salt and ground pepper to this mixture.
The result will be a base from which, when fried in a pan, you will get wonderful potato pancakes.
