Syrniki are a familiar dish that is usually made from cottage cheese, flour and sugar.

For example, you can get a tasty treat if you add carrots to cottage cheese.
It is easy to give up sugar and flour.
The vegetable will give the cheesecakes a special sweetness.
In addition, you need to add a little semolina to the mixture so that the cheesecakes are fluffy and do not fall apart in the pan.
Ingredients
To prepare 4-5 servings you need to take:
- cottage cheese - 350 g;
- carrots - 3 pcs.;
- butter - 30 g;
- semolina - 3 tbsp;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- vegetable oil.
How to make carrot pancakes
First, peel and grate the carrots. Then lightly fry the vegetable in butter with the addition of semolina.
Keep all this on the fire for a maximum of five minutes. Afterwards, the mass must be cooled.
The cottage cheese should be mixed with eggs. If you want to get a more homogeneous mass, you should use a blender for this.
Then both masses must be combined.
Once the syrniki are formed, they need to be rolled in semolina before being put in the frying pan. It is acceptable to use flour for breading.
Cheesecakes should be cooked in a preheated frying pan with oil. They should be fried on each side for no more than three minutes.
