Chicken cutlets are not the juiciest. But with a little imagination, you can make a healthy and very tasty dish.
Ordinary garlic can help in this regard.
You will need:
- minced chicken - 1.2 kg;
- lard - 190 g;
- onion - 4 pcs.;
- garlic - 2.5 heads;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp;
- bread (white) - 400 g;
- milk - 2 glasses;
- salt, pepper, herbs to taste.
How to cook
1. Slice the bread, soak it in milk for 15 minutes, peel the onion and garlic.
2. Peel the lard and mince it with garlic and bread, which needs to be squeezed to remove excess milk.
3. Mix with minced meat, add egg, salt, spices, onion, stir and form cutlets.
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil without covering with a lid.
When ready, cover with a lid, add a little broth or water and simmer for 10 minutes.
