Spinach is often used to make omelettes or dietary vegetable cocktails.
The benefits of leafy greens don't end there. We'll tell you about one simple recipe that will allow you to look at spinach in a new way. It turns out to be a very interesting salad.
You will need:
- beets - 2 pcs.;
- spinach - 1 bunch;
- arugula - 1 bunch;
- cheese (feta or feta cheese) - 100 g;
- nuts (walnuts) - 50 g;
- vegetable oil;
- salt and pepper to taste.
How to cook
1. Wash the beets, boil or bake in foil in the oven.
2. The leafy greens should be washed thoroughly, allowed to dry, and then cut into pieces.
3. The finished beets need to be cooled, peeled and then cut into strips, cubes or grated on a coarse grater.
4. Mix with spinach and arugula greens, crumble cheese and chopped walnuts into the salad.
Add salt and spices to taste and drizzle with vegetable oil.
