The taste of mini-pizza, also known as "school" pizza or the same dish but under a different name, is familiar to everyone.

You will need:
- flour - 350 g;
- kefir - 200 g;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
- a pinch of soda and salt;
- cheese, sausage and other products for filling.
How to cook
1. Sift flour into a deep bowl, mix with salt and soda.
2. Pour in the kefir in small portions. It should be at room temperature. Mix and knead the dough.
3. When ready, pour in the vegetable oil and continue kneading the dough until it becomes homogeneous.
4. Let the dough rest under a towel for 30 minutes, then roll it out and prepare the filling.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake for 25-30 minutes.
