This appetizer is tastier than belyashi and chebureks: step-by-step recipe

We literally cannot forget the taste of belyashi and chebureki, but this does not mean that nothing can be tastier than these snacks.

We'll tell you how to cook something between pirozhki and belyashi, but without having to stand at the stove for a long time and rack your brains.

You will need:

  • flour - 750 g;
  • butter - 300 gr;
  • sour cream - 200 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • baking powder - 1.5 tsp;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs.;
  • onions - 3 pcs.;
  • minced meat - 400 g;
  • milk - 1 tsp;
  • spices.

How to cook

1. Sift the flour and grate the butter into it, then mix until smooth.

2. Separately mix sour cream, salt and baking powder. Mix and add to the dough.

3. Crack the eggs, set one yolk aside, and mix the rest with the dough, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator in film for 15 minutes.

4. At this time, cut the potatoes and onions into cubes, add to the minced meat, mix, add spices and salt.

5. Divide the dough into two parts and roll one of them into a thin layer, put it on a baking sheet. Put the filling in neat mounds at equal distances from each other.

6. Roll out the second part of the dough into a thin layer and cover the filling with it, pinch all the edges.

7. Mix milk with yolk, brush the top of the dough and bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.

Then cut and serve the hearty and juicy belyashi buns.
