Firstly, nutritionists do not recommend eating eggs with sausage or bacon.
This leads to weight gain and also increases the risk of stroke and pancreatic cancer.
Secondly, you can't wash down scrambled eggs with milk or tea. These drinks impair the absorption of protein and iron contained in eggs.
Thirdly, eggs do not go well with fish. Ovidin contained in eggs neutralizes vitamin B7 contained in fish.
Also, you shouldn't eat bananas before or after eggs, as this can cause digestive problems.
