Fruits can be used to make more than just desserts. Considering that the most wintery fruit is tangerines, it wouldn't hurt to add them not only to a fruit plate.

You will need:
- tangerines - 6 pcs.;
- red chili pepper to taste;
- shallot - 1 pc.;
- ginger (ground) - ½ tbsp;
- tarragon (cilantro) - 4 sprigs;
- wine vinegar (white) - 1 tbsp;
- salt.
How to cook
1. Peel the onion, chop, add salt, ginger and vinegar.
2. Chili peppers and herbs should be finely chopped.
3. Remove the zest from two tangerines using a fine grater. Peel the fruits, remove the seeds and film. Cut each slice into 3-4 parts.
4. Mix the ingredients and put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Serve the chilled sauce along with the fatty fish.
