You can diversify your diet and surprise your family with a delicious dish if you pay attention to a simple recipe for pasta salad.
To prepare it you need to take:
- pasta - 500 g;
- sugar - 1 tbsp;
- mayonnaise;
- white vinegar - 2 tbsp;
- pepper - 1 pc.;
- red onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- mustard powder - 1 tsp;
- salt and pepper.
How to Make Pasta Salad
First, the pasta needs to be boiled until al dente.
They should be immediately rinsed under cool water and set aside.
Then you need to mix mayonnaise (150-200 g will be enough), vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
If desired, you can stir in a little celery seed.
Then add the pasta and chopped vegetables to the bowl with the sauce.
But don't serve the salad right away. The dish needs time to sit. So put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
If after this time the pasta seems dry, then you need to add a little more mayonnaise.
