Buckwheat porridge is one of the easiest to prepare and healthy dishes for the body. Buckwheat helps out when you are too lazy to cook or just don’t have time.
We'll tell you about one trick that will allow you to cook porridge even faster, not only for dinner, but even for breakfast.
You will need:
- buckwheat groats - 200 g;
- water - 400 ml;
- salt to taste;
- butter to taste;
- fresh greens.
How to cook
1. Buckwheat groats need to be sorted out from debris and thoroughly washed in cool water until it becomes completely transparent.
2. Place the clean cereal in a ceramic or glass bowl, pour in water, add salt to taste and stir.
3. Place the buckwheat in the microwave and set the timer for three minutes at maximum power.
4. Then take out the porridge, stir, turn on the appliance for another three minutes, then stir and cook for another minute.
All that remains is to add butter to the finished porridge, chop up some herbs and it’s ready to serve.
