You can prepare such a treat on the day of the holiday.
However, there is a recipe that helps you quickly and easily get delicious pickled peppers.
Ingredients
For 3 bell peppers you need to take:
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- salt - 2 tsp;
- sugar - 2 tbsp;
- water - 180 ml;
- rice vinegar - 60 ml.
How to pickle peppers
First, the vegetables should be washed, seeded and dried. Then they should be cut into strips.
The garlic must be passed through a press.
The vegetables should be placed in a jar.
Sugar and salt must be diluted in water. As soon as the liquid starts to boil, it must be kept on the fire for a few more minutes.
When the pan is removed from the stove, vinegar should be poured into the brine.
The resulting liquid should be poured over the peppers.
The jar must be closed immediately. As soon as the preparation cools down, it must be put in the refrigerator.
In just two hours the peppers will be ready and can be safely served.
You can store this snack in the refrigerator for up to 4-6 days.
