How to make pancakes
To prepare the dough, take 300 ml of kefir at room temperature, 200 g of sifted flour, an egg, as well as a pinch of soda, salt and a little sugar. It would not be superfluous to take another 3 tbsp. of vegetable oil for the dough.
For the filling, you should prepare 300 g of white cabbage, a tablespoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of salt.
It is better to take young vegetables. They need to be finely chopped and sprinkled with lemon juice.
If you want a brighter taste and aroma, you can add some greens and onions to the cabbage.
It should also be added that this mixture should not be mixed into the dough immediately.
The cabbage needs to be squeezed out of excess moisture.
Cabbage pancakes go great with sour cream or natural yogurt, to which you need to add a little lemon zest, garlic and herbs.
