There is an opinion that chicken cutlets are a bit dry, so not everyone likes them. And in vain.

You will need:
- minced chicken - 300 g;
- cheese (hard) - 50 g;
- sour cream (10% fat) - 50 g;
- tomatoes - 150 g;
- salt, spices and herbs to taste.
How to cook
1. Prepare the mince or use store-bought. Add salt and spices to taste.
2. Form the cutlets, place them in a baking dish and grease with sour cream.
3. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on top of the cutlets.
4. Place the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
