Prepare a delicious salad with smoked chicken, prunes and pineapple for the New Year.
You will need:
- chicken (smoked) - 400 g;
- prunes - 100 g;
- pineapple (canned) - 200 g;
- cheese (hard) - 200 g;
- nuts (walnuts) - 80 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- champignons - 300 g;
- vegetable oil;
- mayonnaise.
How to cook
1. First, you need to soak the prunes in hot water for 20 minutes. Once they are steamed, you need to rinse and cut them.
2. Boil the eggs hard, let them cool, and cut into cubes.
3. Clean the champignons, cut into slices, fry in vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes.
4. Cut up the smoked chicken and cut the meat into cubes.
5. Grate the cheese, fry the nut kernels if necessary and grind into small crumbs.
The ingredients can be mixed and seasoned with mayonnaise, or they can be layered in the following order:
- chicken;
- pineapples;
- eggs;
- mushrooms;
- prunes.
