Minced meat is actively used in cooking. The preparation is suitable for preparing a variety of dishes.
If you want the product to be stored as long as possible, you need to remember some simple rules.
For example, you can freeze minced meat one or two days after cooking, but before that it should be kept in the refrigerator.
You cannot freeze minced meat to which onion has already been added. The last component should be added only before cooking the cutlets.
The thing is that this method of freezing spoils the taste of meat. This is due to the fact that onions enter into an oxidizing reaction with meat, and as a result, the product will spoil faster.
There should be no other additional components in minced meat for freezing (eggs, milk, flour or semolina).
Minced meat can be kept in the freezer for up to 3-4 months.
Re-freezing is not recommended.
