The answer is simple: fry without oil. In water.
Eggs fried in this way are considered to be prepared using the poaching method. It differs from boiling in the temperature, which in this case fluctuates between 90-97 degrees.
How to fry eggs in water
First, you need to pour some water into the pan so that its thickness does not exceed 0.5-0.7 cm.
Be sure to add salt to the water by stirring the salt and wait until it boils.
After this, remove the pan from the heat to stop the process that has begun, beat the eggs into the water and return the pan to the stove.
Cook the fried eggs on a low flame, after which you need to add salt again (to taste), herbs and other spices.
