- meat on the bone (veal is best, but chicken will do too) - 1-1.2 kg;
- sausages and smoked meats - 600 g;
- pickled cucumber - 200 g;
- olives or black olives (unsalted) - 100 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - 5-7 cloves;
- tomatoes (in their own juice) - 400 g;
- salt, pepper, hot pepper, paprika to taste;
- lemon for serving.
How to cook
1. Prepare meat broth by boiling meat or chicken for an hour.
2. At this time, clean and prepare the vegetables. Chop the onion, grate the carrots.
Pepper, garlic, and hot pepper are passed through a meat grinder or chopped with a blender.
3. Cut sausages, smoked meat and other products into cubes.
4. Fry the onion and carrot, then add the meat products. When the mixture is fried, add finely chopped pickles.
5. After 2-3 minutes, pour the prepared sauce over the frying mixture and add the tomatoes in the sauce.
6. Remove the meat from the broth, put it back, pour in the fried mixture, chopped olives, spices, bring the solyanka to a boil and serve with lemon.
