Whether it’s fashion or nostalgia, but more and more often, dishes from Soviet cuisine are appearing on holiday tables.
This applies to Olivier salad, "shuba", and also the crab salad popular in the USSR. Now housewives have decided that it tastes better without rice. But the classic version is prepared with potatoes.
You will need:

- potatoes - 160 g;
- canned corn - 40 g;
- cucumbers (fresh or pickled) - 80 g;
- carrots - 40 g;
