- tomato paste - 40 g;
- flour - 1 tbsp;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp;
- water - 300 ml.
In addition, you should prepare spices for a brighter taste. You can use paprika, salt, ground black pepper.
How to cook poultry goulash correctly
Vegetables should be chopped and fried in vegetable oil. Tomato paste should be added to them.
This mixture should be kept on the fire for no more than 3 minutes, and then flour should be added.
The mass must be mixed well.
You should immediately put the chicken pieces in, and after 2 minutes, pour water into the pan. At the same time, you can add spices.
The dish should be simmered over low heat and covered for about 25 minutes.
