How to make good minced meat for cutlets
Bread is added to increase the volume of minced meat and make the cutlets fluffier. For one kilogram of minced meat you need a maximum of 200-250 grams of bread.
It is advisable to use a slightly dried loaf. It is pre-soaked in milk or water.
Onions can be added to the cutlet mince either raw or fried.
You need 200-300 grams of fried onions per kilogram of minced meat, and no more than 200 grams of raw onions.
