You will need:
- pork - 500 gr;
- buckwheat - 150 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 1 pc.;
- water - 300 ml;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;

How to cook
1. Cut the pork into large strips, then fry in a preheated frying pan for about 5 minutes.
2. Cut the peeled onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the frying pan. Fry the vegetables with the meat for another 5 minutes.
