- flour - 500 g;
- boiling water - 300 ml;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp;
- salt - 1 tsp.
How to make dough for vareniki
First, you need to sift the flour. Then you need to make a hole in it.
You need to pour water, oil and add salt there.
After this, the mass must be mixed well.
When the dough has cooled, knead it with your hands for about 10 more minutes.
Then the preparation can be transferred to a bowl and covered with film.
In this state, the dough should "rest" for about half an hour. During this time, you can start preparing the filling for the dumplings.
It is permissible to use a wide variety of ingredients: cottage cheese, berries, potatoes, cabbage, etc.
Afterwards, you can take the dough out and roll it out to continue making homemade dumplings.
