Oatmeal cookies are a delicious, filling and healthy option for dessert or a snack.
It is prepared quite simply, and if you follow this recipe, the treat will turn out soft, slightly moist and very tasty.
Ingredients
- butter - 220 g;
- instant oatmeal - 300 g;
- white and brown sugar - 200 g;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 240 g;
- baking powder - 1 tsp;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- cinnamon - 1 tsp;
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Cooking process
The softened butter should be beaten with a mixer together with sugar.
Then you can add all the other ingredients to this mixture.
Once the mixture is mixed, it needs to be covered with film and left in the refrigerator for two hours.
Then the dough needs to be cut into portions and placed in a preheated oven.
Cookies should be baked for no more than 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Before serving, you can sprinkle the dessert with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
