In most cases, we are accustomed to using three most common products for breading: breadcrumbs, semolina and flour.
Of course, they perform quite well, but sometimes you want to move away from the classic options.
With just one change, you can make cutlets much more interesting and delicious.
What can replace breading?
Flax seeds or sesame seeds
If you want to make your cutlets a little healthier and very unusual, try using these two unusual breading options.
It is important to remember that in this case the cutlets are quickly fried in a frying pan with oil and then sent to the oven.
Vegetable breading
Many people don't know about this option, but it is quite interesting. You can take any suitable vegetables (zucchini or potatoes, for example) and chop them with a grater.
Next, we send the vegetable mass into the oven and dry it. After that, you can start breading the cutlets themselves.
Flakes
You need to prepare any flakes that do not require cooking. Then we go over them with a rolling pin or grind them in a coffee grinder (not too finely). This type of breading will pleasantly surprise many.
