Ingredients

  • semolina - 200 g;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • water - 250 ml;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp;
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil - 120 ml;
  • flour - 160 g.

  • cocoa - 3 tbsp;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp;
  • water - 4 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.

How to cook manna

First, you need to mix the semolina with sugar and pour in water. The mass needs to be left to swell for 40 minutes.

Then you can add cocoa, a pinch of salt, butter and baking powder. The dough needs to be mixed. Lastly, add the sifted flour.

The manna should be baked for about 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. It is important to take into account that the oven must be preheated.

At this time, you need to prepare the glaze. To do this, mix all the ingredients and put on medium heat.

The mixture needs to be brought to a boil and cooked for another minute.

In this case, the preparation should be stirred constantly.

The glaze needs to cool. After 15 minutes, the finished cake needs to be covered with glaze.
