You will need:
- potatoes - 800 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- lard - 120 g;
- eggs 2 pcs.;
- flour - 80 g;
- dry yeast - 2 g;
- salt, pepper, spices to taste.
How to cook
1. Peel the potatoes and onions and grate them on a fine grater.
2. Cut fresh or frozen lard into small cubes.
3. Add beaten eggs, spices to taste, flour and yeast to the bowl with grated vegetables and mix.
4. Add chopped lard to the prepared mixture and stir the mass.
5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the potato mixture with a tablespoon, fry the pancakes for 4-5 minutes on both sides. Serve with sour cream.
