- sour cream - 200 g;
- water - 500 ml;
- bay leaf - 1 pc.
How to cook
1. Wash the rice and boil. Set aside to cool.
2. At this time, chop the cabbage leaves and pour boiling water over them.
3. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots, press the garlic, peel the tomatoes and chop.
4. Drain the water and squeeze the cabbage.
5. Mix the minced meat with the egg, rice, spices and when ready, mix with the cabbage.
6. When ready, form the patties and place them in a baking dish treated with oil.
7. Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
