- salmon (salted, smoked) - 100 g;
- cream (36%) - 300 g (or cream cheese);
- red caviar - 15 g or more;
- fresh herbs.
How to cook

You need to cut the fish fillet and cheese, put the ingredients in a blender bowl and beat everything until a homogeneous mass is formed.

The mousse can be served on toast or in tartlets.
But in the latter case, you need to take into account that the tartlets may become soggy from the mousse, so the snack should be prepared just before serving.
