The pie can be served not only as a dessert, but also as a main dish if meat filling was used during the preparation process.

Ingredients
For 500 grams of minced meat you should prepare:
- 450 g shortcrust pastry,
- 1 egg,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 1 onion,
- 2 tablespoons flour,
- 300 ml meat broth,
- 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste,
- 2 potatoes.
In addition, you need to take some vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
How to Make a Meat Pie
First, chop the onion and garlic and then fry them in vegetable oil.
As soon as they become soft, you can add the mince. Everything together must be kept on the fire until golden brown. Then you need to add flour and mix the mass well.
After 2-3 minutes, you can put potato wedges and tomato paste into the pan.
It is necessary to stew such a preparation until the root vegetable is ready. A couple of minutes before this, you can add salt and pepper.
Once the filling has cooled, you should move on to the next stage of preparing the pie.
To do this, roll out the dough and divide it into two parts. Put the filling into the first part, and carefully cover the workpiece with the second part of the dough.
The pie should be greased with beaten egg, and then it is advisable to make several holes in it on top so that they reach the filling.
This dish must be baked in a preheated oven (200 degrees) for about half an hour.
