Cooking fluffy and delicious pancakes with milk: the secret of a great breakfast

Pancakes are quick and easy to make. At the same time, they go well with various additional components, such as sauces, fruits or berries.

Thanks to this, you can get not only a tasty, but also a very filling breakfast or snack.

To prepare pancakes you need to take:

  • milk - 240 ml;
  • flour - 230 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • baking powder - 10 g;
  • vanillin - 1/2 tsp;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.

How to make pancakes

In a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy foam appears. Separately, sift the flour, and warm up the milk. After that, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly.

The dough should be of medium thickness.

Then you can move on to frying. Pancakes should be cooked in a dry frying pan and over medium heat. They should be fried on each side for no more than 2 minutes.

The finished dish should be laid out in layers on a plate, and then it can be served.
