If you have some leftover potatoes in the fridge from lunch or dinner, you can make a hearty pie.
The recipe is simple, but worthy of respect.
You will need:
- potatoes - 4 pcs.;
- chickpeas or beans - 150 g;
- mushrooms - 250 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt and pepper to taste,
- milk 1/2 cup.
How to cook
1. Onions, garlic and mushrooms (champignons) should be peeled, chopped and fried for 5 minutes in vegetable oil.
2. Add beans (chickpeas), salt and spices to the pan, fry over medium heat for 5 minutes, then simmer under a lid over low heat for 20 minutes.
3. Prepare mashed potatoes with milk from the remaining potatoes.
4. Grease the baking dish with oil, put in the mushroom and vegetable filling, and cover everything with mashed potatoes on top.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the casserole for 25 minutes.
Bon appetit!
