How to save oversalted soup
Firstly, potatoes will help out.
The easiest way is to add raw potatoes to the broth and let them cook. The tuber absorbs excess salt very well.

Second, cook the rice.
Not only rice, but also any other grain absorbs salt no worse than potatoes. But experts advise using pearl barley or rice.
The cereal is poured into a gauze bag and boiled in oversalted soup until done. Then the cereal can be thrown away if it is not needed.
Third, a raw egg
You need to take a raw egg, beat it in a separate container and pour it into the pan with soup in a thin stream, stirring at the same time.
And only ready soup makes sense to dilute with water. To do this, add as much boiling water to the pan as required.
