What products should be prepared for making soup?
- half a kilo of mushrooms (you can use regular champignons);
- potatoes (3-4 pieces);
- onions (no more than two pieces);
- processed cheese (take three packs of 90 grams);
- 30 grams of butter;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- salt and ground black pepper.
How to cook a delicious dish
First, you need to chop the onion and champignons. The size of the ingredients should be approximately the same. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the onion. Of course, you can use vegetable oil, but then the soup will not be so tender and tasty.
The onion needs to be carefully fried over low heat for seven minutes. After that, add the mushrooms. They need to be cooked until the liquid disappears.
Meanwhile, bring one and a half liters of water to a boil on the stove and add the potatoes. At the same time, add the fried mushrooms and onions to the soup.
Grind the cheese and add it to the mixture. After boiling, cook the soup for ten minutes. Then add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper and cook for another five minutes. The amazing and tender soup is ready.
