To prepare the dough, first break 2 eggs into a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of honey.
Place the container in a water bath and, stirring occasionally, ensure that the honey is completely dissolved.
After this, pour 2 cups of milk, 50 ml of vegetable oil into the mixture, add 1 cup of flour and a pinch of soda.
Mix all the ingredients well and the dough can be considered ready. Leave it for 15-20 minutes, after which you can start frying pancakes in a frying pan.
