Probably, in every kitchen you can find a package of pasta, which, in general, is not surprising - this product is an excellent basis for preparing a quick dish.
Pasta is used to prepare not only lunches and dinners, but also delicious desserts: for example, pasta with cottage cheese.
To prepare it you will need:
- 150 g egg noodles;
- 200 g of cottage cheese (take a product with 5% fat content);
- 70 g sour cream (you will need a 20% product);
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tablespoons sugar;
- 30 g butter;
- a couple of pinches of salt.
Break the eggs into a deep bowl and add salt, sugar and cottage cheese. Using an immersion blender, turn all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
Boil the egg noodles in salted water for 2-3 minutes. After the heat is turned off, cover the pan with a lid and let the noodles sit for another 5-7 minutes.
After this, the pasta should be thrown into a colander and mixed with the curd mass.
Place the resulting mixture into a baking dish, previously greased with oil.
All that remains is to pour the noodles with a mixture of beaten egg and sour cream and bake the dessert for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
