There is nothing complicated about making homemade pasta – we invite you to see for yourself.
All you need are three readily available ingredients and a little free time.
So, place the eggs and flour (100 g flour per 1 egg) in a blender bowl. Add a little salt and mix for 3-5 minutes.
If the equipment produces wet crumbs instead of a dense lump, there is no need to be alarmed – this happens sometimes.
To correct the situation, you need to knead the dough on the table with your hands.
Once you have a smooth and uniform structure, roll the dough into a ball and refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes.
After the dough has rested, all that remains is to roll it out and cut it.
The task is much easier if you have a special machine designed for making homemade pasta. If you don't have one, you'll have to arm yourself with a rolling pin and roll out sheets of 1 to 2.5 mm thick.
Dust the thin layer with flour on top, fold it into a roll, the width of which is approximately 10 cm, and cut into strips.
