The Napoleon cake, beloved by many, can take up to a day to prepare – if, of course, you take into account the time it takes for the dessert to cool and soak the cakes.

However, not all housewives can afford to spend so many precious minutes on delicious, but unremarkable baked goods.

If you are one of them, we suggest you save a lot of time and make the cake using a simplified recipe – the taste will remain the same.

To do this, you will need a package of ready-made puff yeast dough, consisting of 4 sheets.

Bake the future cakes by laying the dough on parchment paper and placing it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

While the dough is in the oven, prepare the cream. For this you will need a pack (180 g) of soft butter and 1 can (380 g) of condensed milk.

Both ingredients should be combined and beaten with a mixer.

All that remains is to divide the finished cakes into layers, scraping off the top layer with a fork (it will come in handy for sprinkling), grease with cream and sprinkle with the same crumbs.

"Napoleon" is ready in 30 minutes - all you have to do is wait a couple of hours until the cake, left in a warm place, soaks, and you can serve it to the table.
