Potatoes stewed in milk with butter are very tasty and high-quality. The dish is easy to prepare.
For half a kilo of potatoes you will need about 300 ml of milk and about 30 grams of butter.
The potatoes are immediately placed in a bowl and covered with milk. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for about forty minutes.
Next, add salt (no more than a teaspoon) and a piece of butter. Cook for about ten minutes and let the dish steep. After that, you can safely begin tasting.
