When it comes to a cottage cheese breakfast, many people start thinking about syrniki, completely missing out on such an amazing dish as a casserole.
This is what we will talk about in this article, but not about the usual cottage cheese casserole, but about the one in the preparation of which white chocolate was used.
Thanks to this, you must admit, not the most usual component in the composition, you will be able to serve not an ordinary casserole, but a real dessert.
But first, you will have to make sure that all the components are available:
- 350 g soft cottage cheese;
- 100 g white chocolate;
- 100 ml cream;
- 3 eggs;
- 50 g sugar;
- 3 tablespoons milk;
- 2 tablespoons flour.
Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat, then mix the resulting mixture with the cream.
The chocolate, which must first be melted in a water bath, should also be sent here.
When you have mixed the contents of the bowl, add the flour mixed with milk.
All that remains is to combine everything with the cottage cheese, place in a baking dish and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
