Fried eggplants are objectively a very tasty and appetizing dish that is difficult to resist.
However, there is a very significant drawback: the vegetable absorbs oil too actively.
As a result, healthy eggplants turn out to be too fatty. This is not very good for health and figure. Few people know that when preparing the dish, you can use only one spoon of oil.
How to do it correctly?
First, you need to prepare the vegetable in the usual way. To do this, wash the eggplants , remove the skin and cut into equal circles.
After that, you need to leave them in salted water for a quarter of an hour. Then you need to drain almost all the water, leaving literally a couple of spoons at the bottom of the dish. The container should be suitable for working in a microwave oven. We put the eggplants in the microwave and cook for four minutes.
The power should be set to 800 W. Evaluate the eggplants. If water is released during heat treatment, it should be drained.
Then add one spoon of refined oil , stir and begin the frying process.
