How to make pies from lavash
First, you need to prepare the filling. In a frying pan, fry the minced meat together with the chopped onion.

As soon as both sides of the dish are golden brown, the lavash with the filling can be transferred to a plate.

You can also use other fillings. For example, chopped boiled potatoes. Or cottage cheese. Or cabbage with carrots. In any case, you will get a rather appetizing dish.
